Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to IMC/PCU/Stepdown patients in a busy hospital setting.
- Monitor cardiac patients, including administering and managing drips and other vital procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of nurses, PCTs, and physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Document patient progress and care plans accurately in electronic medical records.
- Assist with patient assessments and respond promptly to emergency situations.
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, including dress code and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active nursing license with at least 2 years of recent cardiac care experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Cardiac experience, including drip management, is mandatory.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Stroke patient care experience.
- Outgoing, energetic, and organized personality.
- Experienced with Meditech EMR system.
