Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient information and nursing interventions in electronic health records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (Nursys verification required).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills checklist must be included in application profile.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
- Ability to handle COVID, Monkey Pox, and other isolation precautions.
- Resume should show consistent work history with no gaps greater than 60 days.
- Must include references, certification card, and demographic information with a badge-appropriate photo.
