Key Responsibilities

• Lead perioperative team to facilitate patient throughput and surgical schedule flow.
• Coordinate staffing and assist with the orientation and mentoring of new team members.
• Provide direct patient care involving various surgical procedures.
• Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling and maintaining surgical documentation.
• Collaborate with surgical services management to enhance surgical efficiencies and patient safety.
• Manage and update surgical preference cards as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN licensure in good standing.
• AHA BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications.
• CNOR certification.
• CRNFA certification.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, electronic health record systems).
• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Gastroenterology / Endoscopy Lab experience (preferred but not required).
• Experience in orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT, or interventional pain management procedures.
