Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location
• Asheville, NC
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week assignment, day shifts, approximately 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit, PCU, or Stepdown unit
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in a timely manner
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar setting (IMC/PCU/Stepdown)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work 12.5-hour day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior travel nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
