Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

• Hickory, NC
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, nights shift, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in labor and delivery, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, and respond to any complications or emergencies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
• Support new mothers and families through delivery and postpartum processes.
Required Qualifications
• Active registered nurse license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association).
• NRP certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience.
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate.
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Travel experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work an additional 4th shift if needed, with optional OT after 48 hours.
• Ability to include Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report with application.
• All time-off requests must be included in the candidate profile.
