Registered Nurse NICU
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - NICU

- Portland, OR
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level 3 or 4 NICU setting
- Serve as Charge RN, including resuscitation and delivery support
- Float between units and facilities as needed based on skill set and staffing needs
- Follow established patient ratios, typically 1:3
- Maintain documentation and charting using Epic system
- Participate in on-call standby and variable weekend schedules
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- NICU Charge RN experience with Level 3 or 4 skills
- Delivery and Resuscitation experience in NICU
- Ability to provide care in a fast-paced, acute care environment
- Reliable transportation for assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in short-term acute care facilities
- Flexibility to float to different units and facilities
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records system
