Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week, immediate start

Key Responsibilities
• Provide therapeutic services to patients in accordance with physician’s orders and established treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized therapy programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Support patient recovery and promote optimal functional outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and modalities
• Bilingual skills are a plus
