- Travel, Full-time, 13-week assignment, on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive bedside care to ICU patients, including neuro, trauma, cardiac, and ventilated patients
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations effectively
- Collaborate with medical staff, including intensivists and hospital team members, to deliver optimal care
- Utilize advanced equipment such as bedside monitors, IV pumps, and EMR systems to ensure accurate patient management
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, maintaining a patient-centered approach at all times
- Assist with procedures such as ventilator management, patient assessments, and crisis interventions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience (medical, surgical, neuro, trauma)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Experience working with critical care equipment and EMR systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Experience working in a high-acuity ICU environment
- Flexibility and teamwork-oriented attitude, with a positive, patient-centered demeanor
