Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift (7pm-7am), 3 nights per week, 36 hours/week, rotational weekend requirement every other weekend, with additional shifts on 12/24 and 12/31
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients in labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery settings
- Float to various units including antepartum, NICU, postpartum, and nursery as needed
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Document care provided accurately in electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) experience
- Valid BLS, ACLS, AWHONN, and NRP certifications
- Epic electronic health record experience within the last 12 months, with detailed profile documentation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting with labor and delivery units
- Ability to adapt quickly to float assignments across related units
