Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting
• Work primarily in ICU and general inpatient units, collaborating with medical staff
• Deliver high-quality care with extensive prior experience, minimizing the need for lengthy orientation
• Adhere to established protocols and documentation standards, including Epic electronic health records
• Ensure patient progress and deliver effective therapy tailored to individual needs
• Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience with ICU and acute care populations
• Epic system experience is required
• Extensive inpatient therapy experience, with the ability to work independently
• Separation from BILH system for at least 6 months to be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or medical center setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to new and complex cases
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
