Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contract, nights, 36 hours per week, approximately 26-32 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to labor and delivery patients in a large academic setting.
• Administer medications, monitor fetal and maternal health, and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including every weekend and occasional day shifts as needed.
• Complete all required documentation, including detailed employment history and work gaps exceeding 90 days.

Required Qualifications

• ValidRegistered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in high-risk maternity and labor & delivery units.
• EPIC EMR system experience within the past two years.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or recent travel nursing experience if less.
• Must have current, verifiable work history with complete employment details.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a large academic or hospital setting.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation, with all-season or snow tires in winter months.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
