LVN / LPN LTC/SNF
Job Title
- LVN / LPN - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
Location
- Albemarle, NC
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 8-week assignment, nights shift, rotating schedule with every other weekend, potential for unit float, local candidates only, 36-48 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient care activities accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- NC LPN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in GERI patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
