Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician’s treatment plans
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment programs
• Educate patients and families on therapy activities and exercises
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain a professional and courteous environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensing as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
