Key Responsibilities
- Operate MRI imaging equipment to perform diagnostic scans.
- Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Administer contrast materials as necessary for imaging procedures.
- Follow unit policies and safety guidelines, including proper use of GE MRI equipment.
- Document procedures accurately in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Certified MRI Technologist (Registered MRI Tech)
- Valid MRI license or registration
- At least 2 years of MRI technologist experience
- Ability to perform contrast and non-contrast MRI procedures
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Breast MRI experience
- Experience with GE MRI systems
- Prior travel or temp assignment experience
Work Schedule
- Days shifts, 12 hours per shift, 3 days per week
