Job Title
• Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 3 days per week, days shifts, 12-hour shifts, 13-week contract

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents at a skilled nursing facility
• Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient procedures and outcomes accurately

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Texas
• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of standard therapy equipment and documentation practices

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a nursing home or rehabilitation facility
• CPR and first aid certification
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
