Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapy treatments
• Evaluate patient progress and help develop individualized treatment plans
• Support patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic protocols and documentation standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electrotherapy or similar modalities
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
