Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy to clients with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, clients, and families to ensure optimal care
- Document progress and maintain accurate therapy records
- Support clients in achieving communication goals through therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Proven experience working with diverse client populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop tailored therapy plans
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or school-based setting
- Bilingual abilities or experience working with multilingual populations
