Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a high-volume ER setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive emergency services
- Follow established protocols and compliance requirements for urgent care
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health records (EPIC)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Department (ED) settings
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to pass the Pass/Fail EKG exam required for all RN candidates
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous Charge Nurse and Level 2 Trauma experience
- PALS, TNCC, CPI certifications preferred
- Flexibility with scheduling and availability for weekend shifts and holidays
