• Full-time, Days, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, including dysrhythmias, and manage titration of drips.
• Manage peripheral lines, PICC lines, and other vascular access devices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
• Follow protocols for patient assessments, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Rotate between campuses and float as needed, with no call responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown setting.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and interpretation.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to floating requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous management and interpretation of dysrhythmias.
• Experience with titration of medications and drip management.
• Strong peripheral line and PICC line management skills.
• Familiarity with patient ratios in PCU environments (1:5).
