Registered Nurse Emergency Room
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location
- Greensboro, NC
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 nights per week, including some weekends and holidays as needed. No call.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients in a high-volume ER setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records.
- Respond effectively to critical situations and perform necessary interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience.
- Active RN license.
- ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records.
- Ability to work nights and adapt to variable scheduling.
- First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous Charge RN and Level 2 Trauma experience.
- CPI, PALS, and TNCC certifications are a plus.
