Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Collaborate with medical team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation using electronic health records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and support trauma patients as needed.
- Maintain certification and fulfill ongoing education requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Emergency Department.
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
- Ability to pass the required Pass/Fail EKG exam.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience as a Charge RN and in Level 2 Trauma settings preferred.
- PALS, TNCC, CPI certifications are a plus.
- Previous travel nursing experience is welcome.
