Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

• Minot, ND
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 4 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, alternating schedule with three days off in between, including two weekends out of four, floating required, EOH
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Required Qualifications
• Current or temporary RN license in North Dakota or compact RN licensure
• BLS certification required before start date
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a hospital environment with float assignments
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
