Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Weston, WV
Schedule / Job Type: Days, 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week, guaranteed 36 hours, every weekend or every other weekend
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including step-down units when required
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in State of West Virginia
• 2–5+ years of ICU experience preferred
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and flexibly
• Willingness to work on a block schedule with extended hours

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in critical care settings with diverse patient populations
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work environments
