Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

Location
• Orange, CA

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, nights shift, 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-acuity care in an ICU setting for adult patients
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical changes in patient condition

Required Qualifications
• Current and active RN license in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in a high-acuity environment
• Certifications: ACLS and BCLS required
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
• Ability to work with a 1:2 patient ratio

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a magnet-designated hospital setting
• Experience with Epic electronic charting system
• Flexibility to float between similar units if required
