Registered Nurse - ICU

Location:

Orange, CA

Schedule / Job Type:

Full-time, night shifts (12 hours per shift), 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in a busy acute care hospital
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, administering treatments and medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with clinical standards
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records

Required Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license
• Recent ICU experience, high acuity preferred
• ACLS and BCLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in a MAGNET-designated hospital
• Comfortable float between units, including post-surgical units (DSU)
• Willingness to work every other weekend and accommodate schedule preferences at management’s discretion
