Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Temporary, PRN, Shift-based (Must start on 11/15)
• Shifts: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday
• Hours per shift: 8 hours
• Shifts per week: 5
Key Responsibilities
• Provide behavioral support and interventions to clients based on assigned treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client progress during shifts, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Support clients in developing positive behavioral skills in a structured environment.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to report observations and update progress notes.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for clients.
Required Qualifications
• Prior experience in behavioral health, mental health, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Licensed or certification in behavioral health-related areas a plus.
• Must be able to start on 11/15.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral or developmental needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
