Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment.
- Set up surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring sterility and readiness.
- Support surgical team during vascular, plastics reconstructive, robotics, and orthopedic cases.
- Adhere to all safety and procedural protocols throughout the duration of cases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient care and surgical flow.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of OR experience.
- Advanced experience in vascular, microsurgery, or reconstructive cases preferred.
- Experience with robotics in bariatric, GYN, general, or colorectal procedures preferred.
- Ability to work the scheduled hours, including calls.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with total joint orthopedic surgeries.
- Familiarity with advanced surgical instruments and technology.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
