Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.
• Safely, rapidly, and accurately triage patients based on physical and psychosocial needs.
• Collaborate with ER physicians and APP providers to communicate patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
• Work cooperatively with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and staff to ensure quality care.
• Supervise and give guidance to emergency department technicians, registration staff, and allied health team members.

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse license.
• Relevant ER nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to triage and assess patient needs quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication skills with healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in fast-paced emergency department environments.
• Knowledge of emergency protocols and procedures.
