Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a hospital-based rehab setting
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions
• Document patient progress using Electronic Medical Records (Epic)
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Float within scope to other units or sister facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License at start of contract
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient rehab
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
• Comfort with electronic charting systems
