Schedule / Job Type
- Travel assignment, 16-32 weeks, working 8-hour shifts (Monday to Sunday) with no fixed shift; rotating days/nights, involving holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) scans across various modalities, including rotating D/E and occasionally night shifts.
- Ensure continuous patient care and accurate imaging, working every other weekend and adjusting schedule as needed.
- Travel to assignments within specified radius, providing high-quality radiologic services.
- Comply with all facility and department protocols, including documentation of work history and required certifications.
- Participate in bi-weekly orientation sessions and communicate any employment gaps exceeding 90 days.
- Work during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day) as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in CT and radiology.
- Minimum of 3 years of radiologic imaging experience.
- Prior travel or temporary assignment experience.
- Recent Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years.
- Phillips imaging experience is preferred.
- Valid radiology certification and ARRT credentialing.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Phillips imaging equipment.
- Strong adaptability to rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation, with all-season or snow tires from November through April, due to limited public transportation access.
