- Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, temporary travel assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to cardiac stepdown unit patients under the supervision of the Unit Director.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform telemetry monitoring and respond promptly to patient needs.
- Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and state regulations.
- Supervise and support patients through compassionate care and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Current Maine RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required within 30 days of hire.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adaptable schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Telemetry nursing experience.
- MOAB or CPI certifications (preferred but not required).
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus.
