- Travel, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide surgical technologist support during night shifts in a busy surgical unit
- Assist surgeons and medical staff with sterile procedures and instrumentation
- Ensure operating room preparedness, maintaining sterile environments and equipment
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety policies throughout procedures
- Support patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgeries
Required Qualifications
- CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience in a hospital setting
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with a variety of surgical specialties
- Familiarity with current surgical technology and equipment
- Positive and adaptable personality with excellent teamwork skills
