Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities in critical care areas, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care units.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective respiratory treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Train and mentor respiratory therapy personnel in critical care procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, including state licensure requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid respiratory therapy license as mandated by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
• Proven experience in critical care settings, with knowledge of adult, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care.
• Strong understanding of ventilator management and advanced respiratory devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience training respiratory therapy staff or students.
• Certification in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) or pediatric advanced life support (PALS).
