Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities in critical care areas for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients, under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Manager.
• Assist in implementing respiratory care treatments and protocols specific to critical care settings.
• Support training and mentorship of respiratory therapy personnel in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes in high-acuity environments.
• Adhere to safety standards and institutional policies while delivering respiratory care services.

Required Qualifications

• Valid respiratory therapy license as mandated by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
• Prior experience in critical care environments such as ICU, NICU, or PICU is preferred.
• Knowledge of adult, pediatric, and neonatal respiratory care protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently and effectively.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in training or mentoring respiratory therapy staff.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
