Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Full-time, nights shift (12-hour shifts), 13-week travel assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units.
- Monitor and document patient status using Meditech electronic health records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Perform procedures such as cardiac caths and post-op CABGs.
- Follow hospital protocols including dress code, infection control, and safety policies.
- Float to related units as needed, including sister step-down and med-surg units.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN license (temporary licenses are not accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years hospital experience in a similar setting.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Experience with cardiovascular patient care.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech electronic health records system.
- Prior exposure to cardiac procedures such as cardiac caths and post-operative care.
- Ability to handle high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment.
