- Full-time, travel, 13-week assignment, days shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to labor and delivery patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a travel assignment.
- Strong clinical skills in maternal and fetal care.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a Level III NICU or high-acuity maternal care.
- Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) or equivalent.
