- Night shifts, 13-week travel assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to transplant ICU and PCU patients in a specialized unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment procedures
- Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and medication administration guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure in the state of Texas or applicable state
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting
- Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in transplant, med-surg, or ICU units
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
- Ability to float across acute care areas such as renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and ortho
- Positive interpersonal skills and adaptability to change
