- Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures within a busy operating room environment.
- Support anesthesia and surgical staff with instrument and equipment management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and OR policies, including safety and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain preparedness for a variety of surgical cases, including general, GYN, Uro, plastics, ortho (excluding spine), and pediatrics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal care delivery.
- Handle robotic surgical equipment and assist with complex surgeries when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of OR experience.
- Experience with general surgery procedures.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Robotic surgery experience (e.g., DaVinci, Mako, Rosa).
- Neuro or transplant surgical experience.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude to adapt to variable shifts and team needs.
