LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location: Albemarle, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, day shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to patient care plans.
- Monitor residents’ health status and document changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Float to different units as needed to support staffing requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Active NC LPN license.
- BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of GERIATRIC LPN experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
