Key Responsibilities
• Support residents with personal hygiene and daily living needs, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
• Provide comfort, transportation, and vital sign monitoring for residents
• Assist residents with meals and hydration, ensuring positive dining experiences
• Transfer, reposition, and walk residents using proper techniques and equipment
• Document resident cares and behaviors in accordance with policies and regulations
• Handle linens and soiled clothing appropriately, maintaining infection control standards

Required Qualifications
• Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program approved by the state
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of essential infection control procedures and documentation requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for resident care
