• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a busy Level 2 trauma center with high acuity patients.
• Manage a patient ratio of 3:1, ensuring quality and timely interventions.
• Administer treatments, medications, and monitor patient progress according to protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care during each shift.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain compliance with safety and clinical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency or trauma nursing.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Certification.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and handle high-acuity patient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a Level 2 trauma center.
• Familiarity with high patient volume and critical care procedures.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
