Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to clients based on individual needs.
• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve or restore client functionality.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist in New Mexico.
• Current state-approved caregiver account in NM (agencies must have this to qualify).
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and methods.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to evaluate patient needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a healthcare or therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy programs (if applicable).
• Strong documentation and clinical record-keeping skills.
