Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week, on-call once a week, possibility for block scheduling
Key Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment
- Assessing patient health status and developing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educating patients and family members on health management
- Documenting patient care activities accurately and promptly
- Collaborating with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of home health nursing experience
- Willingness to be on-call once a week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior home health or private duty nursing experience
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
