• Full-time, 4 shifts per week, Days, 10-hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgical technology support across various units in a short-term acute care facility.
• Assist clinical teams by preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in a trauma center environment.
• Float between units as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth surgical procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Certified OR Technician or Surgical Technician certification.
• Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts as on-call support is required.
• Previous experience in a surgical or acute care setting preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a ratio of 1:1.
• Knowledge of Epic charting system is advantageous.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level IV Trauma Center.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-unit surgical environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
