• Support patient recovery and mobility through therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of therapy equipment and treatment areas.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital or progressive care center.
• Familiarity with patient documentation and electronic health records.
