Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient patient care in a hospice setting, adhering to professional standards and policies.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Demonstrate clinical competency and professional development to ensure quality care delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patients and their families during end-of-life care.
- Maintain compliance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state RN license.
- Experience in hospice or end-of-life care preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in home health, hospice, or palliative care.
- Compassionate approach to patient and family support.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
