Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient patient care in a hospice setting, adhering to professional standards and policies.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Demonstrate clinical competency and professional development to ensure quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patients and their families during end-of-life care.
• Maintain compliance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state RN license.
• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in home health, hospice, or palliative care.
• Compassionate approach to patient and family support.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
