Key Responsibilities
• Provide bedside nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients within a busy acute care hospital
• Circulate during cesarean section procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the hospital’s electronic health record system
• Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols, including ACLS, BLS, and NRP standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in California or pending license accepted
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NRP
• Minimum of 1 year of labor and delivery experience (first-timers accepted)
• Ability to work nights and alternate weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience caring for culturally diverse patient populations
• Comfortable circulating during cesarean sections and managing high-risk OB cases
