- Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a short-term acute care hospital setting
- Float between different units as needed, supporting various clinical teams
- Manage patient care in compliance with hospital protocols and standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations
- Utilize Epic for charting and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, with new grads or first-time RRTs considered
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and support flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a short-term acute care or hospital environment
- Comfort with floating between units and adapting to different patient care needs
- Familiarity with Epic or similar EMR systems
