- Full-time, days shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform adult, pediatric, and OB ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, breast, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, pelvis, spleen, and thyroid imaging
- Conduct specialized procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, breast biopsies, fine needle aspirations, and cyst aspirations
- Utilize GE, PACS, and EPIC systems to document and communicate images and findings
- Ensure patient safety with isolation precautions and adhere to provider instructions
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver diagnostic imaging in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings
- Maintain certification and compliance with ARDMS and BLS requirements
Required Qualifications
- ARDMS certification in ultrasound
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of ultrasound technologist experience
- Proficiency in adult, ER, portable work settings, and advanced ultrasound techniques
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including days and nights
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with doppler studies and lower extremity venous imaging
- Knowledge of M-Mode, upper extremity venous, and superficial mass evaluations
