Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

- Tappahannock, VA
Schedule / Job Type
- Nights, Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care on the medical-surgical/telemetry floor
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring safety and comfort
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and promptly
- Comply with hospital policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Virginia
- 1 year of recent experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing
- Appropriate certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Experience with telemetry monitoring preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience accepted with no more than 4 days of RTO within 6 weeks
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
